Welcome to Tick ("the App"). This agreement applies to your installation, access, and use of the mobile client and the features available in the current release. Please read and understand this agreement carefully before use. By downloading, installing, launching, or continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you lawfully own or control.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us in writing, you may not:
Smart Alarm Events, notifications, audible alerts, and scheduled reminders may depend on system notification permissions, exact alarm capability, foreground service capability, device battery policies, manufacturer background restrictions, and the device audio environment. Reminder behavior may vary across devices, operating system versions, and manufacturer customizations.
The current release mainly relies on on-device storage, system notification capabilities, and local reminder scheduling mechanisms.
When using the App, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations and may not engage in conduct including but not limited to the following:
The software, interface, design, text, graphics, marks, and related content of the App are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belong to the relevant rights holders. Without permission, you may not copy, distribute, modify, lease, resell, or otherwise use them for commercial purposes.
For any text, labels, flow descriptions, stage descriptions, or other content that you enter, save, or manage in the App, you must ensure that you have lawful rights or necessary authorization. Any dispute or claim from a third party arising from such content is your responsibility.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, profit-related, business interruption, data loss, or expected-benefit losses arising from the use of or inability to use the App. If liability is required by law, it will be limited to the minimum extent required by law.
For details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, please refer to the Tick Privacy Policy and Tick Privacy Notice. These documents form an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect.
We may revise this agreement based on product updates, changes in law, or feature adjustments. The revised version may be published in the App, on the app store page, or on related documentation pages. Continued use of the App after the revised version takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
If you violate this agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we may, when necessary, restrict, suspend, or terminate your use of the relevant features. You may also stop using the App and uninstall it from your device at any time.

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and resolution of disputes related to this agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your usual place of residence. Any dispute arising from this agreement should first be resolved through consultation.
